Browsing storefronts and making purchases

1. Accessing the Online Viewing Room

Once you follow the link to the Online Viewing Room, you’ll first see the Exhibitors Tab, which lists all exhibitors who have created an account.

2. Exploring Exhibitors

• If you’re interested in a specific exhibitor, select their name to visit their profile.
• You’ll find two sections on the exhibitor's page:
  • Listings – View all artworks the exhibitor has uploaded.
  • Profile – Learn more about the gallery, including their background and online presence.

3. Browsing Artworks

• In the Listings Tab, you can explore all artworks uploaded to the Online Viewing Room.
• If an artwork catches your eye, select it to see detailed information provided by the exhibitor.

4. Making an Inquiry

• If you’re interested in an artwork, you can send an inquiry directly to the gallery.
• Fill out the inquiry form, including your message and contact information, then submit the inquiry.

5. Completing a Purchase

• After your inquiry, the gallery may send you a Sales Agreement directly to your email.
• From the email, you can:
  • Access the Sales Agreement – Review all details of the purchase.
  • Proceed to Payment – Choose your preferred payment method, then finalize the transaction.

6. Confirmation and Account Access

• Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
• If you create an Arcual account, you can also view your Sales Agreement there.

7. Additional Tabs

• About Tab – Contains detailed information about the fair.
• Login Tab – Allows you to log in or create an account for better tracking and personalized experience.
