Enhancing your artwork with a digital portfolio

As long as your artwork has not been sold, you can enhance the collector’s experience by adding a Digital Portfolio, which includes essential documentation like provenance, condition reports, and more.

1. Adding Documentation to the Digital Portfolio

To upload necessary documents:

  1. Select Upload Documents.
  2. Click Add Necessary Documentation.
  3. After uploading the documents, select Done to save your changes.

2. Adding a Certificate of Authenticity

To digitally certify your artwork:

  1. Select Certify in your Digital Portfolio.
  2. Choose or add a new co-signatory by entering their name and email address.
  3. Click Next, then select Create Certificate.
  4. Once your co-signatory signs the certificate, it will be added to your Inventory.

3. Automatic Transfer to the New Owner

When the artwork is sold, all documentation in the Digital Portfolio, including the Certificate of Authenticity, will be automatically sent to the new owner.
