Join a storefront with a new Arcual account

Find out how to join a storefront after you receive an invitation.

  1. Click the invitation link from the fair’s email to access the account registration page.
  2. Fill in the required fields: account name, email, and password (the invitation code will be prefilled as long as you have followed the invitation link).

  3. Agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy, then click on create account.
  4. Next, check your inbox to verify your email and click Verify.

  5. Log in with the credentials you have just created.

  6. Once logged in, you will see the fair you have been invited to on your dashboard. Please select this fair.

  7. After selecting the fair, you will be directed to a page where you need to accept the fair’s terms and conditions and select Join.

  8. You have successfully created your account and accepted the invitation to the fair's online event.
  9. As a final step, please return to your Dashboard and select the main currency for your account. This currency will be automatically applied to all artworks you add.
