How do refunds and disputes work?
Payment through credit/debit card:
- If the buyer disputes the payment with their payment provider, the amount related to the disputed transaction will be automatically withdrawn from the accounts of the parties receiving funds. An additional dispute fee - depending on your country - will be temporarily charged as well.
- Arcual will have the possibility to provide information to Stripe to challenge the dispute. If the dispute is found to be legitimate, the funds will be permanently withdrawn, together with the dispute fee. If the dispute is overturned, the funds are returned, and the dispute fee is not charged.
- Dispute fees depend on the country of the seller and range from 0 to 15 EUR / USD / GBP / CHF.
