Guide to selling an artwork through Arcual Platform

Selling an artwork without Digital Portfolio:

1. Click on Inventory.
2. Select the item you want to sell.
3. Begin creating the sales agreement by selecting Sell.
4. Enter the buyer's details and a message.
5. Apply a discount (if needed) and edit additional costs: shipping, VAT, etc.
6. Choose the payment method: debit/credit card or bank transfer.
7. Add any additional terms (if applicable).
8. Click Send.
   
   

 Selling an artwork with Digital Portfolio:

1. Click on Inventory.
2. Select the item you want to sell.
3. At the bottom select Upload Documents (e.g., condition report, installation instructions, provenance documentation).
4. Begin creating the sales agreement by selecting Sell.
5. Enter the buyer's details and a message.
6. Apply a discount (if needed) and edit additional costs: shipping, VAT, etc.
7. Choose the payment method: debit/credit card or bank transfer.
8. Add any additional terms (if applicable).
9. Click Send.

Note: Once the sales agreement is sent, no further changes can be made. Changes can only be applied in draft mode.
