# How to add artworks to inventory

### **To upload artwork into inventory follow the steps below**

1. To upload artworks, please first complete your account verification. Without it, you won't be able to add any artworks.
2. In the left-side menu, navigate to **Inventory** and select it.
3. Once in the **Inventory** section, select **New Item**.
4. You will be redirected to a page where you need to fill out the following **mandatory** **fields**:
   
     - **Artist Name**
     - **Title and Year**
     - **Dimensions and Medium**
5. You will also have the option to fill out the following additional fields (optional):
   
     - **Type**
     - **Artwork Description**
     - **Inventory ID**

 Select **Add**.

**Note**: Once the artwork is added, you can **edit or delete** it by navigating back to the **Inventory** section.
