What happens if a collector sells the artwork privately ‘offline’ in a secondary market sale, without transferring the ownership token?

If a collector who has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale, thereafter sells the artwork outside the platform, they will not be able to transfer the digital Certificate of Authenticity to the new owner.

They would also be in breach of the legal contract, and the parties affected have the right to pursue the damage caused to them.
